Student Portal Registration

Register your profile online to get access to University Services (Enrollment Form, Examination Form, Results, and Academic Dashboard).

Registration Prerequisites

  • Authentic Personal Email ID & Mobile Number for two-factor verification routines.
  • Digital passport photo asset (.jpg/.gif format, precisely configured to 100x100 pixels).
  • Digital signature clipping asset (.jpg/.gif format, configured to 23x70 pixels).
  • Active Net Banking credentials or credit/debit facility tokens to initialize payment engines.
  • Valid **APAAR ID / ABC ID** configured from academic credit lockers.

Password Compliance Rules:

Min 7 & Max 50 Characters
At least 1 Upper case character (A-Z)
At least 1 Lower case character (a-z)
At least 1 Numeric digit (0-9)
At least 1 Non-alphanumeric symbol (!@#$%^&*?_~)

Transaction Security Rules

Credential Privacy Notice: Never share your internet banking user tokens, passwords, or transactional details with any public cyber café terminals or individuals.

Payment Drops Policy: In case of system operational transaction failures, do not initiate another transaction session. Register a support claim ticket at the Help Centre and allow structural ledger verification.

Important Transaction Guidelines

In case your payment fails but funds have been deducted from your bank account, do not make another transaction attempt immediately. Submit a failure claim token to the system support desk and await validation response within 24 hours.

Mandatory Actions for Students Admitted in 2025

Please note that portal registration is required to access portal services only. However, university enrollment is a separate and mandatory process to officially register yourself in the university system.

Admission Cancellation Risk

You must submit your enrollment form after completing registration. Failure to complete the enrollment form will result in you not being recognized as an enrolled student, and your admission may be subject to absolute cancellation.

APAAR ID / ABC ID Mandate

Ensure you possess a valid ABC ID before filling out the enrollment document framework.
